AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are EDU Arts, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
We operate the website www.eduartsllc.com (the "Site"), and we may offer additional services, products, or memberships that refer to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms"). If the matter is not resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to final and binding arbitration rather than litigation in court, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar reputable arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitration shall be held in Franklin County, Ohio, unless the parties agree to a different location.
By agreeing to arbitration, you understand that you are waiving your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
